Abstract

A new approach to the modeling of predictive seismic effects (accelerograms) of strong earthquakes of the Crimea with accounting for the regional seismotectonic conditions is described. The developed technique is based on the statistical properties of the dynamic and kinematic parameters of seismic waves and seismic sources of the aggregate of local earthquakes.
