The chemical, physiological, and pharmacological aspects of creation of neuroprotective antiinflammatory drugs are considered. It is stated the expediency of the creation of neuroprotective compounds among the 1,2,4- tri azol derivatives and antiinflammatory compounds as the coxibes derivatives. During the synthesis of new compounds, computer programs, quantum-chemical investigations, and virtual screening have been used to determine antioxidant properties.
